Q: My Citrus-Mate Mist air-freshener is not spraying properly. Should I send it back?

 

A: Before you send it back or return it to the store let’s try and solve the problem! Because our product is made from natural materials and uses essential oils there have been rare cases of the sprayer becoming clogged during the product’s time on the shelf or exposed to extreme temperature during shipping. We ask that before you send these products back in, or return them to the store at which you purchased them, you attempt to run the spray head under warm water for 1-2 minutes. If your spray head is spraying in an unexpected fashion or not at all this will most often break up the oils and solve the problem! If this does not work please refer to our retail customer return policy listed below.

 

 

Return Policy:

DISSATISFIED CUSTOMERS:

Citrus-Mate Inc. values our customers above all else. If for some reason a customer is unhappy with their product we offer a (30) thirty day full guarantee for products purchased from Citrus-Mate Inc. directly in which we will provide a full refund for any returned product. Products must be returned in the condition in which they were shipped in order to be eligible for a refund and must include original proof of purchase. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs on functioning products. We ask that customers contact us in order to receive specific instruction on a case to case basis. If products are purchased from a retail outlet the customer is asked to return products they are not satisfied with directly to their place of purchase. Customer must have receipt along with product in order to obtain a full refund. Store policies may differ from those of Citrus-Mate Inc. and in this case, the store policy should apply.

 

 

Defective/Non-Performing Products:

In the result of a defective or non-performing product customers should return the product to the place of purchase with the receipt in order to receive a replacement. If purchased directly from Citrus-Mate Inc. customers should immediately contact the office directly in order to resolve any issues. Citrus-Mate Inc. guarantees our products against any defects or non-performing parts for (90) ninety days from the date of purchase. Defective and non-performing products are defined as products with unusable sprayers, damaged internal mechanisms, loss of internal pressure, or unusable parts that are directly attributable to the manufacturer. All defective or non-performing items shipped back to Citrus-Mate Inc. should be shipped in the same condition as they were received with original proof of purchase in order to be granted a full refund. Once defective/non-performing products are received please allow (30) thirty days to process and ship replacement. If the issue is one that happened during shipping please notify a Citrus-Mate representative immediately so that we may file a claim with the shipping company. Once claims are evaluated the customer will be notified.
